We have QC inspectors who inspect every production link for each batch of goods. We can provide you with MTC (Material Test Certificate) and mill certificate when the goods are finished.
4. Can you provide free samples?
For new customers, we can provide free samples of standard fasteners. However, the clients will need to pay for the express charges. For old customers, we will send you free samples and cover the express charges ourselves.
5. Do you accept small orders?
Yes, we accept any orders. We keep a lot of stock for all stainless steel fasteners, carbon steel nuts and part bolts. Our stock includes hex weld nuts, cage nuts, wing nuts, square weld nuts, cap nuts, hex nuts, flange nuts, metric 8.8 Grade, 10.9 Grade, 12.9 Grade hex bolts, and hex socket cap screws, as well as part ASME hex cap screws.
6. How about your delivery time?
Generally, if the goods are in stock, we can deliver them within 2-5 days. If the quantity is 1-2 containers, we can deliver within 18-25 days. If the quantity is more than 2 containers and you are in urgent need, we can prioritize the production of your goods.
7. What is your packing?
Our packing is 20-25kg for one carton, with 36 or 48pcs cartons on one pallet. One pallet weighs about 900-960kg. We can also customize the cartons according to customers' requests and add their logos.
8. What is your payment term?
We accept T/T and LC for general orders, and PayPal and Western Union for small orders or sample orders.
