The type of pin

The classification of the pin
The basic forms of pins are cylindrical pins and cone pins. The cylindrical pin is fixed in the pin hole using a little interference. Multiple assembly and disassembly will reduce positioning accuracy. Cone PIN HAS a taper of 1:50, can be self-locking, by cone extrusion action fixed in the pin hole, high positioning accuracy, installation is also convenient, can be repeatedly assembled and disassembled.
The choice of the pin

The diameter of the pin used in the connection can be determined according to the structural characteristics of the connection according to experience, and the strength can be checked when necessary. The common material for pins is 35 or 45 steel. The material of safety pin is 35, 45, 50, T8A, T10A, etc., the hardness is 30~36HRC after heat treatment. The pin sleeve material can be 45, 35SiMn, 40Cr, etc., the hardness is 40~50HRC after heat treatment.
