Anchor bolts are usually made of high-strength carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel materials. Their structures mainly consist of threaded rods, nuts, washers, and anchor plates (or hooked ends). The threaded rod has precise threads that fit tightly with the nut. By tightening the nut, a powerful fastening force can be generated. The design of the anchor plate or hooked end is used to firmly anchor the bolt in the concrete foundation, enhancing its pull-out and shear resistance and preventing the equipment or building from shifting, tilting, or even collapsing during operation.
1) High Load-Bearing Capacity
2) Precise Positioning and Installation Convenience
3) Strong Corrosion Resistance
4) Good Stability
5) Precise Design and Manufacturing Process
6) Reliable Anchoring Performance
7) High Adaptability
1. Thread Specification: Covers a variety of standard thread sizes from M16 to over M100. According to different design loads and connection requirements, the appropriate thread specification is selected to ensure the tight fit and reliable connection between the nut and the bolt, meeting the needs of various engineering projects for bolt connection strength and precision.
2. Shank Diameter: Usually matches the thread specification, and there are also non-standard diameter sizes customized according to specific engineering needs.
3. Length: The length ranges from several hundred millimeters to several meters. It is customized according to the depth of the foundation, the height of the connected parts and specific anchoring requirements, ensuring that the anchor bolt has sufficient anchoring depth in the foundation to play its stable anchoring role and prevent connection failure caused by insufficient anchoring length.
4. Anchoring Form: Common anchoring forms include straight rod type, hook type, anchor plate type, thread type, etc.
Carbon Steel |
It has relatively high strength and good machinability, and the cost is relatively low. After appropriate heat treatment and surface treatment (such as galvanizing, blackening, etc.), it can meet the basic performance requirements of anchor bolts for general industrial and civil construction projects.

Stainless Steel | Containing a relatively high proportion of alloy elements such as chromium and nickel, it has excellent corrosion resistance and antioxidant properties, has an attractive appearance and does not require additional complicated anti-corrosion treatments. |
Alloy Steel | On the basis of carbon steel, multiple alloy elements (such as chromium, molybdenum, nickel, vanadium, etc.) are added, making it have higher strength, toughness, anti-fatigue performance and good comprehensive mechanical properties, able to withstand more complex and harsh working conditions. |
