Drywall Screws, also known as gypsum board screws or wallboard screws, are nails specially used for fixing materials such as drywall, light steel keels, and wooden boards. Their English name is Drywall Screw, and the most prominent feature in appearance is the trumpet head shape.
Diameter | Common diameters include 3.5mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm, etc. |
Length | The length range is relatively wide. The length of small-sized drywall screws is usually 25 - 35mm, suitable for thinner gypsum boards or wooden boards; the length of medium-sized drywall screws is 35 - 50mm |
Surface Treatment |
Phosphating, blue-white zinc plating, yellow zinc plating. |
Thread Types |
Double Thread Fine Pitch: The thread is double-threaded, suitable for the connection between gypsum boards and metal keels with a thickness not exceeding 0.8mm. Its advantage is a firm connection and not easy to loosen.
Single Thread Coarse Pitch: The thread is wider, with a faster penetration speed, and it will not damage the structure of the wooden material itself after being driven into the wood. It is more suitable for the installation of wooden keels than double thread fine pitch drywall screws.
